^^ I wrote this reply to someone asking about Google Chrome for version 1.0.5, this may or may not work for v. 2.0.2:

"For the person who was asking when FMZ will work with Chrome - it already does. First you should find your Google Chrome execute icon, then go to Preferences >> Monitoring, click 'Custom' then browse for the Chrome.exe file. Then it'll hopefully start to grab music using Chrome too (I've tried it and it works)."

could the next version have the capability of "splitting downloads"

like that of bitcommet or flashget

cuz every time the download crashes i have to start again

or if the file is too large, but i don't want to leave my laptop on overnight than after i turn it off, i will have to start all over again next time

Does not work on any site anymore. Tried it in firefox 3.0.9, IE6, IE7, IE8....nothing, tried youtube, imeem, last.fm, myspace, shockhound, rhapsody...etc. Sad, I wonder if the problems that keep happening are because the sites are getting wise to what is going on? Please fix this asap though. This is the only tool of its kind and it is amazing.

OK for 1 this thing does not work.
It does not grab audio at all.
And if you try to rip audio off of a video it only get it in flv format not mp3
So this is not even an audio ripper at all.
So you cant "download Music" with this thing.
People dont waist your time downloading it.
Its crap!!!

PLEASE MAKE IT WORK IN IE 8 OR CHROME !!!!!!

It does not work for me. Any browser I tell it to monitor simply stops connecting to any site at all, like if I weren't online.

Doesn't work anymore. I think maybe the sites have caught onto what's happening and stopped it. I'm using other software now but this if by far the best. Please fix it! Or at least let me know what's going on by emailing me at lilfi.loves@gmail.com i really want to use this tool asap!

I'm using IE8, and I've downloaded some of what I like from IMEEM and Last.FM , so thanks for what you've done by making Free Music Zilla.

However, if you can, please make it so that it can also get songs from listen*grooveshark*com (replace the asterisks with dots). For some songs it works, for a lot, it doesn't -shrugs- . But the library is larger there, and the songs are in high quality.....

Doesn't work for me, just like with "Felius." When it's on, it blocks any internet connection on the browsers it is monitoring.

I just read some of these comments... So let me address a few things.

1) As for the guy with the harddrive crash, LMFAO!! Too bad man that's on you can't con people out of money.

2) FMZ works. If it does work, then there's something YOU are doing wrong or there may be firewalls blocking the app.

3) Its not an "audio ripper" at all?? If it downloads in .flv(flash) then maybe you should consider a "flash converter"... DUH!!!

Stupid people make me smile :-)

Even when i disable all antivirus protection &/or Firewall monitoring. Tried all browsers.

I used FMZ v2.0.3 on my Windows 7 Pro laptop ... IE8, Firefox 3.5 and Opera 10 - all get stuck and are unable to load pages when I start FMZ!

Please fix this issue!
